Rage! Is this something you experience? It is something that I have been struggling with and didn't even realize it until it crept into my life once I stopped drinking alcohol. My rage is mostly related to parenting and frustrations I have raising young children and has reared it's ugly head all too often over the past year, specifically. I have done and continue to do deep work on managing my rage responses and have some great tools to share here. While rage may not be something you feel specifically, I'm betting you have experienced frustration, irritation, and anger. These are all similar feelings and what we want to do is identify what's causing them and learn how to slow ourselves down before we reach a level 10 and lose it with a big outburst, explosion, meltdown. I hope these tools are useful to you as they continue to be for me. Rage feels awful and I want to feel it less as I'm sure you want to feel your most uncomfortable feeling less (whatever name you have for it).
