Welcome to our Caregiver Coaching Corner! We're on part 3 of our book club series where Jen discusses the book written by Brene Brown called Atlas of the Heart. This book shows us how accurately naming an experience doesn't give the experience more power.
It gives us the power of understanding, meaning, and choice.
We're going to be talking about the second section of the book, which is, Places we go when we compare. Comparison is the thief of joy. The emotion covered in this episode is resentment.
Jen started a new offering called Yoga for the Busy Woman. She mentioned a few times in past episodes that she teaches yoga and teaches yoga not only in person, but also virtually. It's going to be a four-week series every month. That's three 20 minute or less yoga classes, yoga and meditation classes, that you can take live or via recording. If you are interested in learning more, feel free to reach out at any of the platforms
Tune in each Monday morning for another episode of A Joyful Life with Jennifer.
