Do you ever feel like there's not enough time in the day to accomplish everything that you need to do? That you're extra stressed and tired with the amount of work you need to do? Time management is not about having all the things done. It's about having enough time for what matters most to you.
1. Set some boundaries.
2. Create a to do list and prioritize.
3. Self Care
