Chris Lain ran for mayor of Savanna, IL in April 2017. With three other opponents, all of whom were born and raised in the Western Illinois town, Lain was the outlier, only living in the town since 2013. In this episode, we hear the story of a gay liberal from Chicago and how he swung a town that voted for Trump in 2016.
