It was a windy October night in 1995 when the family of Debora Green and Michael Farrar was forever ripped apart. A fire had started at an upscale house in Prairie Village, Kansas, and by the time it had run its course, the once immaculate home would be little more than charred ruins. Amongst those ruins lay the bodies of 12 year old Tim Farrar and six year old Kelly Farrar.
