I am SO honored to have the amazing Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Peloton yoga & meditation instructor, on today's episode. We talk about the power of coming back to the breath in the midst of our busy lives, and yoga as a LITERAL practice and a figurative practice throughout the day.

Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts has her PhD in Educational Studies and has focused on the education of yoga across communities, and exploring the practice of yoga in many accessible forms.
