I recently had the pleasure of chatting with Theresia Intag, an HR expert who shared some invaluable insights. As many business owners experienced during the pandemic, we need to approach employee flexibility and well-being more compassionately. People have fuller lives and personal responsibilities outside of work. Giving them the space to manage leads to more engaged, productive teams. Theresia talks about how leaders can promote human spaces in the workplace - focusing more on deliverables than strict schedules and checking in on employees' overall mental health. We also discuss the pros and cons of leveraging AI, the legal considerations around hiring remote workers, and fractional services that let small companies afford senior-level experts. I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences on these topics! What has worked for you in supporting your team? Let me know in the comments. #RemoteTeamManagement #ProductiveRemoteTeams #EffectiveLeadership #RemoteWorkTips #ManagingRemoteEmployees #RemoteTeamProductivity #LeadershipSkills #VirtualTeamManagement #RemoteWorkSuccess #RemoteTeamCollaboration
