About Dr. Allison Butler:
Allison Butler, PhD, CRC is a national leader in her field and has over 15 years of professional experience working to implement policies and procedures related to ADA and Section 504 federal compliance regulations in university, healthcare and workplace settings. Dr. Butler is the Director and ADA Compliance Officer for a private university and healthcare system. As a subject matter expert in all areas of disability compliance as it relates to students, faculty, employees, guests and facilities, she has created and developed policies and procedures, trained the community, and implemented best practices in all areas related to disability inclusion such as inclusive teaching practices; inclusive workplaces; web accessibility; assistive technologies; neurodiversity; and disclosure. Dr. Butler is a certified rehabilitation counselor (CRC).
