She did a google search and found a program that trained her on structured literacy and later opened her specialized tutoring firm to help struggling readers.

In 2018, Janique founded Literacy Without Limits, LLC after a decade as a special education teacher. She developed the R.E.A.D. methodology, which captures Literacy Without Limits’ unique approach to literacy instruction. R.E.A.D. leads to results and increased confidence among children. She is certified as a Structured Literacy and Dyslexia Specialist by the Center for Effective Reading Instruction.
