As a third-generation company president, he led a $3 million capital improvement project at Dickey Hill Forest Apartments, an award-winning community recognized for its high ratings from residents. He’s most proud of winning a Star Award from the Maryland Multi-Housing Association for quality in housing in 2013, and is known among his colleagues for his bold ideas and mentorship of new hires.
