Black Light Mass Incarceration Show

In this episode, we will explore the unique and progressive prison culture in Norway. Norway's approach to incarceration stands in stark contrast to traditional punitive systems found in many other countries. With a focus on rehabilitation and reintegration, Norway's prison system aims to create a conducive environment for personal growth and transformation. The Norwegian prison system is based on the principle of normalization, which seeks to create a living environment that is as close to the outside world as possible. This includes providing prisoners with education, training, and even employment opportunities that will help them adjust to life outside prison and reduce the risk of re-offending. Additionally, Norway has a strict policy of no solitary confinement and encourages prisoners to maintain contact with their families and friends.
