Our lives are inundated with other peoples issues and even their responsibilities. Whether your single, married, or in between; have children, raise children, or take care of someone else's kids; wealthy, poor, or comfortably paid; work, unemployed, or own a business, there are others around you. What do you do for an inner sanctum? Is it the bathroom, a closet, designated room, outdoor space, office, or a vehicle? Whatever it is or isn't you would be better off with one. There is a calm and a rejuvenation when you have moments alone. Having a place of peace is imperative to continue being the best we can be.
