Have you ever wondered what it would be like to get into your husband's mind? Well... Today we talk with Dr. Gilberto Salinas, licensed professional counselor, veteran, and a married man. So its kind of like getting into your husbands mind, right? We discuss what marriage is like from the man's prospective. Dr. Salinas really does a great job of breaking down where the man is coming from when he comes home from work and what is going through his mind when the man is stressed. Specifically, men in law enforcement and how we can spot PTSD. All three of us laughed about how women and men are so different in multiple areas in life. Dr. Salinas also gives great practical advice on what we can do on a daily basis to grow healthy marriages.
