Our second episode of HELD Chats, this time with Sarah bringing the conundrum and Emma holding space and interweaving insights and wisdom.

We’re getting in to the guts of how it can feel to blend business, life and mothering in our modern systems and structures.

There’s vulnerably about the guilt, capacity challenges, and self-imposed pressures we face trying to balance caregiving and pursuing our passions. From managing unhelpful societal expectations to creating sustainable schedules, we unpack how to honor our own needs while still showing up fully for our kiddos.

We’re asking:

  • How do we honor my own capacity and needs, and not put too much pressure on ourselves to do it all?
  • How can we create a sustainable schedule and rhythm that works for us across different areas of life?
  • How do we manage transitions, shared care and distance in co-parenting setups?
  • How can we express difficult emotions while also modeling healthy boundaries, self-care, and coping strategies for our children?
