It’s time to ditch the New Year’s resolutions and instead approach 2024 with a strategic vision for success. This is one of my favorite times of year simply because I get excited about moving my life, my capacity for joy and abundance, and my own personal journey forward with a fresh starting line!

Year after year, I focus my intentions on a small handful of things I want to experience in the coming year rather than trying to boil the ocean and then feeling like a failure when I don’t.

There’s a better way.

#3. Leave behind at least one belief that has no evidence to support it.

#4. Leave behind at least one habit that keeps you from being your best.

#5. Leave behind at least one tool or expense you don’t use or need.

Leaving these five things behind will open up space for the people and opportunities that align with your values, needs, and life’s goals.

Five Things to Establish for a Successful 2024

Next, we cover the five things to establish for a prosperous new year. If you decide on these things, it will give you inspiration and practical direction to tackle your new year in a way that supports who you want to become and what you want to accomplish.

#1. Pick your word of the year.

#2. Pick your mantra for the year.

#3. Pick your song of the year.

#4. Create a vision board.

#5. Create goals.

Strategic Success, Even When Things Don’t Go as Planned

Yes! This process works. My years don’t always go exactly as planned, but I always end up grateful for the continuous forward progress afforded to me year after year because I was intentional. Of course, I wish you the same success!
