Shae Foudy has her break out year in SUP in 2018 becoming APP World Tour Champion and winning the course race at the Gorge. She talks about her story of growing up on Outriggers, getting involved in SUP at the BOP, idolising Candice Appleby, eating a vegan diet due to being allergic to dairy and gluten, studying nutrition because of this, winning the APP world title, the mindset that is required to win, dealing with numerous injuries, moving to Hawaii and a whole lot more.
