This BOOTHCAST is with Nick Rosato from RAW group an owner operated hospitality business centred in South-East QLD. I met Nick in my days competing at the Northcliffe SLSC and at the recent Shannon Eckstein Ironman Classic we reconnected! Nick and his team own restaurants like Beach House, Madame Wu and have invested in the new Sunshine Coast Community & Sporting Club. Really interesting story for those interested in starting from scratch, learning the ropes of how to run businesses, lessons, scaling, marketing, managing customer relations and everything in between.
