Tara Milburn is a leader focused on using the power of business to address some of our biggest global challenges. She has been part of the startup ecosystem since the early nineties with some non-traditional beginnings. She was part of a team that built a privately funded arena for the NHL Vancouver Canucks, the first international expansion with the NBA and the 2010 Olympic Winter Games domestic bid. With 30 years in business, Tara is leading by example to demonstrate that caring and profitability can go together.

Listen as Lorraine and Tara discuss how her change from corporate executive to start-up entrepreneur led family and friends to ask if she needed a job.
