Eric Chastain, a Civil Engineering graduate from Tennessee Technological University in 2001, embarked on a distinguished career journey marked by expertise in Structural Design. Beginning at Unimast in 2001, he honed his skills as a design engineer, adeptly handling shop drawings for CFS Structures, along with responsibilities encompassing loading calculations, stud design, and connection design. After a brief stint, Eric joined Marino\Ware in 2003, where he played a pivotal role in establishing their in-house engineering department. Over 16 years, he evolved from a design engineer to a proficient project manager, overseeing territories and excelling in shop drawing quotations and customer management. Eric's commitment to excellence led him to Framecad in 2019 as the Americas Design Engineer, contributing to software training and technical support for three years. In 2022, he brought his expertise to Forge Construction as the Framecad Manager, handling design and detailing. In 2023, Eric returned to Framecad as the Global Manager for Design Services, Software Training, and Technical Support, marking his remarkable journey of leadership and expertise in the industry.
Throughout his illustrious career, Eric Chastain's dedication, technical prowess, and adaptability have consistently fueled innovation in Civil Engineering and Structural Design.
