Speaker Bio:

Tony Kitchens was born and raised in Chicago, United States, to a modest family. As a child, he was content and unaware of his family's socioeconomic status. His parents did an incredible job of providing for their needs, if not always their wants. It was during this time that Tony's uncle, a successful businessperson and entrepreneur from Puerto Rico, left a lasting impression on him. Listening to his uncle's stories of traveling the world for business fascinated Tony.
Despite being a young boy who could barely see over the edge of the table, he soaked up every conversation about business between his uncle and parents. It was from this point on that Tony became enamored with the world of entrepreneurship. Pre-internet era, he devoured autobiographies, biographies, magazines, such as Ink and Fortune, and anything related to business and entrepreneurship. Tony believes that our experiences as children shape who we are today, and his early exposure to the business world ignited his passion for entrepreneurship.
