For more than 27 years, Dr. Mohamed has led & contributed to various projects to assess organizational performance, improve effectiveness and create GREAT customers' & employees’ experiences. in GCC, the Middle East, and Africa.
Previously Mohamed worked for Zain Group in Kuwait & Bahrain, Vodafone Egypt, Arthur Andersen, Beyout Investment Group, and Pacer Consulting.
Mohamed has a Ph.D. in Organizational Change Management and a Masters's degree in Total Quality Management from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Egypt.
