We talked with Zoe Poulton, PeopleOps Professional, about leadership and the key role that it plays when it comes to creating and maintaining high-performance teams, considering relevant training, context, coaching, and mentoring, among others to make it sustainable.
About Zoe:
Zoe Poulton spent 16 years in the military before leaving to work in the area of leadership consulting, training, and coaching. She has worked within big four consultancies, and this year opened her own leadership consultancy, Glass Ripple Consulting.
Zoe is hugely passionate about helping leaders to help create a psychologically safe environment in which their teams can flourish. An environment where they can use their diversity of thought to collaborate and innovate, utilising each other’s strengths and helping one another to thrive.
Zoe lives in Surrey in the UK with her husband Neil and dog Merlin and loves nothing more than meeting new people and having discussions around these topics!
