In this episode we chat about Retreats, the different types of retreats on offer and what does it mean for us as Retreat Hosts when we hold the space. Let us know if you have ever been on a retreat, how long for and what was the purpose of it.
There are a few definitions of 'Retreat': a quiet or secluded place in which one can rest and relax, or another definition is to move back or withdraw.
Sometimes its needed in life to retreat, withdraw from the noise and find the secluded space. You can choose to get away from it all and book on a retreat however if you feel you can't do that right now as you have other commitments (we get it) or you don't have the money to invest (we get it) then look into creating a space at home - a quiet space that you can mark out as a space to do something you enjoy or so you can sit, meditate, dance,move, pray, create .....whatever - so it allows you to retreat - feel rested and relaxed. We hope you can take time out to listen to this. Its important for us to retreat, its not a reward, its a part of life.
