He shares the challenges he faced coming out as openly gay mid-career, and how being true to oneself changed the trajectory of his career and deepened his relationships with his clients and peers. Jeff also shares more about his leadership style of transparency and caring candor. He was named the Agency Leader of the Year 2022 from the American Advertising Federation in Dallas, for which he was nominated by his team.
