Good Evening!
Today's topic is Peter Brown.
Singer, Songwriter, and Producer.
Peter was a popular performer in the late 1970's and early 80's. I remember him most from his 1978 single, "Dance With Me". It became his greatest hit. Peter's backing vocals were provided by Betty Wright along with her girlfriends Patricia Hurley and Wildflower.

Peter Brown's "Dance With Me" single makes me think of the disco days which were fun days because I danced all the time. And radio was constantly playing hit songs like Peter's.
I don't understand when some people say disco died. Because when you hear a record with the music of Peter Brown, you got to move. When I see people reminiscing about music from disco, they come alive. The volume on boom boxes get loud. Some people still got boom boxes. The big silver ones with the big round speakers. So if you have a boom box, and if you got Peter Brown on cassette, put him in and play him. and listen to the sweet sound of cassette. Turn up the bass. You know what to do. Get out of that sad mood, and dance with Peter Brown.
