Cat Bear Intro: Billy Dees
The Cat Bear Podcast was first started on Spreaker in Oct. of 2019. Today is September of 2020. Time goes by fast, and the Cat Bear Podcast is doing great. Better than I thought. It's not always east to talk about music without music; to talk about songs without playing the songs like radio does. Like the count down shows we use to hear, but that's okay. Podcasting helped me to start a new way of doing things. Podcasting does bring out my passion for radio the hard way, but an easier way at the same time.
Sometimes we need something new, but not so new that the world won't understand it. The Cat Bear is a commentary show about music. So I try to move the podcast where the music listeners are. One of my tags would be music in order to be found. Maybe people would like some info about the music and artists as well as hearing the music and artists.
There were times that I felt the Cat Bear would do okay in standing alone since it is not radio. Podcasting are in radio directories separately from music, but there may be people searching for music podcasts. Spotify, iHeart, TuneIn, and iTunes, ... platforms.... could help your podcast. So I decided to submit to some of those platforms.
Whatever you decide to do with your podcast, it doesn't hurt to think things through. Take your time in your decision. I'm Gail Nobles, and the topic for today is "The Cat Bear Podcast".
