NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio announces a strict new policy to fight covid. All private sector workers in the city should have at least one dose of a covid vaccine by December 27th. President Biden speaks with Russian President Vladimir Putin this morning in a high-stakes video call. Mr. Biden is concerned over Russia's increased military presence near the Ukrainian border and wants to de-escalate tensions between the two countries.
