Hello and welcome to Episode 8 in our series Revelation Expectations.
We are your hosts, Apostle Charles and Dr. Stephanie.
Today we will cover Revelation Chapter 4. "John Is Called to Heaven." We are going to the throne, and to the One who has authority and power for what is from the beginning, for what is now, and for what will be. We are reminded to be ready in Revelation 1:3, “For the time is at hand.”
The Book of Revelation is about Jesus and how he delays his return because he loves us. If you do not know Jesus as your Savior and Lord, now would be a good time to invite him into your heart.
As a reminder, in Episodes 1-7, we finished the first three chapters of Revelation which covered the seven churches to which Jesus sent messages through John. Chapters two and three are not only for the historical churches, but they are for us to take a close look at our relationship with Jesus because we are now moving to the seat of authority in Chapter 4. This is where the power will proceed from to do what must be done, which we will learn about in Chapters 5 through 18.
Thank you for joining us today.
