As I was journaling this morning, I uncovered a fun experiment I am going to try over the next three days. It's called "slowly embodying" and I love everything about it. If you get inspired about daydreaming, using your imagination, and stepping into a sense of self-possession, you will enjoy what you are about to listen to!
