This happened to Richard at Phoenix Comicon and that artist was Derek Riggs! “Hmmm, that’s the guy who did all the best Iron Maiden album covers” you might be thinking. Yes, and not only that, Derek actually created Eddie, the monster from said covers. He was originally called “Electric Matthew” and had quite a different hairdo!
