She is a Community Psychologist who has developed a keen interest in identifying microaggressions masked within Public Policy and Practice that impact marginalized communities. Dr. Samuel is also a Community Psychologist and the founder of Emerge-in-Arts a non –profit organization that specializes in Community Engagement and Development through the Arts. Emerge-in-Arts is currently working with the South Suburban Safe and Thriving Communities Collaborative in Harvey, Robbins and Ford Heights, Illinois where community uses creative solutions to reduce violence in their communities. “Our Conversations Matter” This show segment is not about debate.
