Are you in the bad habit of faking how you really feel inside? Do you often feel one way, but pretend to feel another way? Or do you have a hard time expressing your emotions in healthy and positive ways, especially those sticky, difficult-to-manage ones like:

anger
fear
sadness
frustration
anxiety

embarrassment
shame
unforgiveness
self-doubt
rejection

Are you longing for freedom, authenticity, transparency, and intimacy in your relationships, but you don't know where to start?

If so, my guest today Jocelyn Jones, an ordained minister, is sure to help you!

She is a native of Hazel Crest, IL. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in journalism. After receiving her B.A., Jocelyn worked for channel 20, WYCC. She left the television industry to work at the ARK of St. Sabina, where she served for eleven years; eight of which were in the role of Executive Director. While working at the ARK, Jocelyn earned her master’s degree from the University of Chicago in social work.
After accepting her call to ministry, she went on to complete her master's degree in theological studies from McCormick Theological Seminary. Jocelyn is an ordained minister and the founder of Faith on the Journey, a company committed to showing the world that God's word has the power to heal.
She is the author of the book, Breaking the Power of the Mask, and a training facilitator with the Trauma Healing Institute.
