If you haven’t seen BBOTT, here is what you’ve been missing. Day one (Wednesday), began on September 28. 12 of the 13 houseguests moved into the redesigned house competing for the $250,000 prize. The last person to move in was either Jason or Jozea. This was voted on by the Big Brother fans during the finale of BB18. The houseguest that was moving back in was...Jason. That night, Julie revealed some key changes to the game. She revealed that this season, the fans will be having more of an impact on the game. For instance, they will be voting on who will be crowned Big Brother: Over The Top champion. Julie also revealed that the Head of Household Competition will be taking place on the second day. On day two (Thursday), a mysterious blue liquid appeared in the living room. Besides the drink was the message “Only one may drink. Expect the Unexpected.” No one wanted to drink it, so Shane Volunteered to drink. Once he did, the “Big Brother Bug” HOH comp begun. The BB Bug competition worked like this. Since Shane drank the juice, he couldn’ t be head of Household. At predetermined points for 24 hrs. Houseguests will be infected with this bug. The last person not infected will be the first Head of Household. On day three (Friday), it was down to Whitney and Monte. In the end, to make sure that Jason was evicted this week, Monte won the first Head of Household Competition of the season. When the competition was completed, Julie appeared once again to inform the houseguests of another game changing move. The change that there is no nomination ceremony. Instead there will be a safety ceremony. Twice during the HOH reign, a certain number of houseguests will be safe from being nominated. The two that are not safe will be the nominees for eviction. Day four (Saturday) began the first ever Safety Ceremony of the season. Each houseguest had a “block pass.” if the block pass lit up green, then that person is safe. This first round five individuals will be safe. The five people that will be joining Monte is...Cornbread, Whitney, Neely, Morgan, and Shane. During the ceremony on day five (Sunday), the final five houseguests to be safe were...Justin, Alex, Kryssie, Shelby, and Scott. This leaves Jason and Danielle not safe and will be facing eviction. However, there is the Power of Veto to be played on Monday. On Day six (Monday), The houseguests learned that there will be one person that will be nominated thanks to America. That person chosen by the Public was Cornbread. For the Power of Veto competition, the houseguests had to unlock a code to get the Power of Veto. The clues to the code were inside the house. If after one hour the code was not cracked then a clue will be given to everyone. If after two hours, a brand new code will be given. Within 30 minutes of the competition starting, Jason, who was on the block, won the first Power of Veto competition of the season. On Day seven (Tuesday), Jason called everyone to the living room to begin the Veto meeting. Jason gave the two other nominees a chance to explain why he should use it on them. After they had their say, he decided to use the Veto on himself. Once the veto was used, he nominated Kryssie as the replacement nominee.
