In Ep #68 Tony & Eddie take a walk down a dark path. Trey Edwards Shultz's, It Comes at Night (2017) is a chilling thriller that takes a deep dive into a solitary and confined post-apocalyptic world where a mysterious sickness has wreaked havoc on humanity. More specifically, on a family hiding out in a house in the woods after an unknown extinction level event. The boys can't recommend the film, but they'd really like to recommend the film. Maybe if you're in the right mood. Maybe. There's some excellent tension here. Rally smart writing that keeps you on the edge of seat from start to finish. Where most other films in this genre may depend on jump scares or creatures and gore, ICaN just reigns you in with sometimes brutal, sometimes beautiful visuals and dialogue. On a lighter note, the boys tried new beers from Erie Ale Works and Stone brewing and they really loved them both. Join us for the fun this week!
