We are very lucky to have a therapy dog in studio-who works with the St John’s Ambulance Therapy dog program. Animals are known to help reduce stress and and anxiety which is what we’re talking about on this week’s health series. If you want to see Grover, the black lab, and the rest of us you can go to CKNW’s Facebook where we’re broadcasting this live.

GUEST: Rena Harris - Therapy dog handler
