Firstly, Alan Morrissey was joined by the Clare Chair of Sadaka, Éamonn Meehan, to discuss the protests in Washington after the arrival of the Israeli Prime Minister. After that, Alan was joined by Senior Executive Officer, Anne Griffin to tell us more about the Shannon Municipal District. Following that, Alan was joined by Cathaoirleach of Shannon, Councillor Pat O'Gorman to discuss his role as Cathaoirleach and his goals for Shannon MD. Next, Alan was joined by Threshold's campaign officer, Cat Clarke, to discuss the latest on Clare households that have been prevented from becoming homeless over the past three months. Petrina O' Halloran, founder of mama's boobie box and boobingit.com then joined Alan to discuss the new law that would defer maternity leave for people who are diagnosed with mental or physical illnesses during pregnancy. After that, we caught up with Andy Moloney following his 220km walk to Corke Park for autism awareness. Alan then welcomed Garry Shannon, the coordinator of Meitheal Residential Summer School to discuss the summer school and finale concerts that they will be holding. Later, Alan was joined by Executive librarian, Niamh O' Donovan to discuss the services available at libraries in Clare. We then had our weekly Taste of the Week segment with Randy Lewis from Randaddy's restaurant in Lahinch. Next, Alan was joined by poet, Patrick Stack from the Clare Poetry Collective to discuss an upcoming poetry reading and open mic event. To close the show, Alan was joined by musician Daniel Murphy who performed a song for us.
