Breaking up your day makes you more powerful. Power takes energy. Your energy levels dictate your power output. It’s simple. The more energy you put out the more power you get. Ever been in a room full of high energy people? It’s contagious. It spreads. Breaking up your day can make you more powerful. If you’re getting out of bed, running off to work, barely taking a lunch (or none at all), “powering through” the day because there’s never enough time. You are doing it all wrong. That’s like driving your car at 90 mph…in second gear. At best, you burn out. Worst case…you mentally snap. Breaking up your day into energy segments gives you the ability to maintain longer making you more powerful. Breaking up your day into 4 to 5 high energy sessions trains your body and mind. These high energy sessions will/can vary in length according to the day but when it’s time to be powerful the process is already in place. Segmenting your energy does 3 powerful things for your mindset. 1. It sets your intention of being high energy. (Proactive Mindset) 2. It gives you a starting line and finish line. (A clearly defined goal) 3. It puts a repeatable process in place for your mindset toolbox (Longevity & productivity) Look at your day today and break it up into 4 to 5 energy segments. Take the time to clearly define high energy times and stick to them with no exceptions. No phone, emails, fires, co-workers, the world sending you B.S…nothing. Just high energy output producing powerful results.
