It has been a while since we have had a conversation! I needed the space and grace to accept and grieve the unexpected loss of my dad. I wasn't ready to have conversations, until today. Today I wanted to talk about the ways in which preparing for and having so many conversations on this podcast helped me know, accept, love and manage myself through one of the hardest times in my life.
