As high school and college students with disabilities enter into 2022, many are looking to uncertain futures for various reasons, including the ways the pandemic has impacted health, employment, and life skills. Today's episode talks about setting goals, and how parents and teachers can help students determine goals that are not only SMART Goals, but are also realistic, flexible, and sustainable. We also look at the STAR Person Centered Planning process that is a useful tool to help students and families plan viable long term goals.
