Today in this final episode of the Anxiety 101 four-part series, I share with you the main sources of anxiety that I see in myself and my clients.

Perfectionism

Insecurities

Control

Discomfort

Fear

Each has its own role in our lives and each can cause its own type of anxiety issues.

I couldn't have done it without the help and support of my own Life Coach. I am so grateful for her and all she did for me.

If you need that support, reach out. Let's find someone who can help you through these issues so that you too can Come Home to Peace.
