"Never underestimate the empowering effect of human connection. All you need is that one person, who understand you completely, believes in you and makes you feel loved for what you are, to enable you to unfold the miraculous you." -Drishti Bablani, Wordions

It can be a little tricky to navigate your relationship with your teenagers. It's really common for parents to feel like they are walking on egg shells or tiptoeing around certain subjects at times.

We want human connections, we long for those connections, but we have a hard time knowing HOW to create them.

When we can connect, accept, and nurture ourselves, we create an environment that allows us to fully connect with, accept, and nurture our teens. We learn to love in a different way that's more complete and better than anything you've experienced before.

This podcast is a must listen for anyone with teens who wants to understand how to begin the path to help them become the best versions of themselves and know you'll be there when they need someone.
