Galaxy recently sat with very talented and fabulous Rick Cosnett, and answered some the questions fans have been wanting to hear. This is one of those chats that should not be missed. Richard James Cosnett is a Zimbabwean-Australian actor. He is known for playing the roles of Wes Maxfield in The Vampire Diaries, Elias Harper in Quantico and Eddie Thawne in The Flash. Cosnett was raised on a farm in Chegutu, Zimbabwe. His family took part in community musical theater there, which made him interested in acting from an early age. When he was seventeen, his family decided to move to Queensland. Rick attended the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. He received a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Acting. Cosnett is a cousin of Hugh Grant, and one day Hugh will announce that to the world.
