Grayson sits down with Landon Poplin to discuss training his German Wirehaired Pointer, Harker in the HRC testing system. Landon and Harker have achieved the title of Hunting Retriever Champion and are challenging the Grand Hunting Retriever Championship this fall.
Landon is the owner/operator of Wirehair Outdoors in Hamptonville, NC and is Lead Guide at George Hi Plantation in Garland, NC. He is a professional dog trainer, avid waterfowler, and upland enthusiast. Harker is only the fifth German Wirehaired Pointer to achieve the HRCH title and the first ever to challenge the Grand.
