Today's Guest is Jay Paterno. Jay spent 22 years as a college football coach at The University of Virginia, The University of Connecticut, James Madison University & Penn State. He has written two books: Paterno Legacy--Enduring Lessons from the Life and Death of My Father and the novel Hot Seat: A Year Inside College Football's Pressure Cooker. He currently runs Blue Line 409 LLC which involves consulting on issues from college athletics, to private equity & start-ups.
