It's important that we actively make adjustment to the things we do everyday. If something isn't working then we have to make the decision to change it. As we see the results that we are looking for then that will provide reassurance that our daily habits are working. It all comes down to our habits. Especially when no one is around, how are we spending our time. Do we actually follow through with our commitments. You can't put this in a pill, it's much more than that.
