The old way of meal prepping, with meticulously prepared recipes stored in perfectly organized containers, may no longer align with our busy lives as professional moms in today's fast-paced world. While the traditional approach to meal prep certainly had its merits, most moms find themselves juggling a multitude of responsibilities, from demanding careers to active family lives.
