Heart Check. Of course your first thought might be your emotional health but don't forget the physical health of your heart. When's the last time you've gone in for a screening or for preventative health checks? This is just your friendly reminder to do so. Did you know lack of physical activity is one of the leading causes of heart disease? We understand there are plenty things (work, parenting etc.) that seep into the time we allocate for fitness and taking care of ourselves but just remember every bit of movement does count.
