Everything from the food we eat to the things we think can impact our health. So, we absolutely had to ask Dr. Deanna Minich to join us and discuss how. We dove right into this conversation rather creatively by exploring our 7 systems through colors. Take a listen and DM us your questions and thoughts! Here's a few excerpts from her book Whole Detox: "Every time you encounter an upsetting relationship, a frustrating personal situation, or a depressing day at work, your body is flooded with biochemicals that have the power to sabotage your health." "Toxins are better understood less as poisons than as barriers-- obstacles to the life and health we truly want." "Remove a toxic food from your diet, and you might also free yourself fom depression, anxiety, or helpnessness. Eliminate a toxic thought and you might also rev up your metabolism and lose some unwanted weight." Like what you heard?
