I had my shop music up louder than I thought, so you will here a lot of background static and noise. The Last Shadow Puppets had me feeling the feels the day I recorded this episode :)

How has decades of social media and print media eroded many people's sense of body image?
Why are the sizes and numbers used to make us feel excluded from the fashion conversation completely arbitrary?
