Jen Carman shares her story of transitioning from a demanding career in law firms to becoming a full-time career coach and consultant. She discusses the challenges she faced and the aha moments she had along the way. Jen emphasizes the importance of aligning personal values and motivations with career choices and offers advice for those considering a career change. She encourages us to prioritize our well-being and take proactive steps to manage our careers.

About Jen Carman, CPC ACC
Jen is an ICF ACC accredited Certified Professional Coach on a mission to inspire others to see their careers as more than just a job. At 41, she rewrote her own story and loves helping others do the same.

Jen partners with her clients to discover their "true north" and provide the support needed to achieve their end goals. She doesn't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Each client's goals, challenges, and aspirations are unique. Jen will inspire you to discover your strengths, tap into uncovered potential, and identify how to push past obstacles. Along the way, you are sure to have some "Aha!" moments, giving you fresh perspectives and insights.

Jen is also an iPEC certified Health Coach and COR.E Wellbeing Dynamics Specialist. She firmly believes that one's health and wellbeing has a major impact on their professional life - and vice versa. When your health and wellbeing is optimal, your energy increases and you simply feel better, which can positively impact your professional life by providing clarity, increased confidence, and a stronger ability to manage stress.
